Community Engagement
Youth Clubs
Youth clubs will provide a place for youth to interact and learn more on issues that are pertinent to youth. The clubs will help youths avoid vices within the community and will also serve as a point to relieve boredom and the social challenges that result from this situation.
Community Centres
Community centres serve as a meeting point for the community where they can come and discuss issues affecting their community as well as socialise.
These centres will prove pivotal in ensuring the community engages with what is taken place within their community
Early Years Centres
Early Years Centres will help mothers especially the new ones to meet up with other mothers, socialise and get much-needed support.
Often new mothers stay in their homes without anyone to socialise with which leads to depression and other challenges resulting from the depression.
Mothers also face challenges with babies and infants when they are alone as they do not have anyone to seek advice from. With Early Year Centres, mothers will find a conducive environment to interact and to take a break from their daily routine in the home.
Women and Mens Clubs
Women and Mens clubs will provide a meeting place for women to discuss issues that concern them and the same with men. These clubs will be topical and will discuss a range of issues.
In discussing health issues, the women’s club will cover topics such as breast cancer while the men’s group will cover topics such as prostate cancer and the associated symptoms.
These clubs will not be limited to health but will also address family issues, financial management and so forth.
